Johnson steam jet thermocompressors are designed to boost low pressure steam by accurately mixing the low pressure steam with high pressure steam. With just three basic components: nozzle, mixing section, and diffuser, the Johnson thermocompressor is simple yet highly energy efficient.

Because of Johnson's expertise in dryer drainage systems and papermaking process knowledge, the sizing and analysis of the thermocompressor is matched with the steam and condensate system to ensure proper application. Johnson has a dedicated R&D facility that has conducted exhaustive testing on thermocompressor design.
